This is a remote opportunity focused on transforming complex operational processes into mature, efficient, and measurable workflows.You will investigate end-to-end operations, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design improved processes based on data and evidence.The role combines process management, Lean methodologies, analytics, governance, automation, and change management.You will work closely with operational teams, technology, product, leadership, and external BPO partners to turn opportunities into sustainable improvements.A key part of the position is establishing standards, KPIs, documentation, and governance that support continuous operational evolution.You will also help identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes, translating operational needs into actionable requirements.This role is ideal for an analytical and structured professional who enjoys solving real operational problems and turning insights into measurable results.
