This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely execution of corporate legalization processes across Brazil.You will manage company openings, amendments, closures, licensing, permits, and regulatory procedures with different public authorities.The position combines operational execution, document analysis, customer support, compliance, and process improvement.You will monitor protocols, deadlines, requirements, and pending items to keep processes progressing within established SLAs.The role also involves identifying inconsistencies, resolving critical cases, and implementing actions to reduce recurring errors.You will contribute to process standardization, documentation, auditing, and the use of technology to improve operational efficiency.This is an opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative, technology-oriented environment focused on simplifying complex regulatory and corporate processes.
