As a Growth & Media Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue through performance marketing.You’ll manage paid media campaigns across major platforms while connecting channel performance to the full customer journey.The role combines data analysis, experimentation, automation, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.You’ll use performance insights to optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and conversion journeys.You’ll also explore practical applications of AI to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.Working in a fully remote environment, you’ll collaborate with Branding and Content teams while documenting experiments and learnings.This is an opportunity for a curious, hands-on professional to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving, data-driven marketing operation.
