We are looking for a Junior UX Analyst to support the creation and evolution of digital experiences focused on conversational interfaces and customer journeys.The role will contribute to squads working on innovative platforms, helping transform user needs into effective and scalable solutions.You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and stakeholders to improve chatbot experiences and knowledge bases.This position combines UX practices, content strategy, data orientation, and customer understanding to deliver meaningful interactions.You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.The role is offered as a temporary contract with an initial expected duration of three months, in a fully remote work model.
