This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers throughout the post-onboarding journey.You will build strategic relationships focused on retention, adoption, customer value, and recurring revenue growth.A key part of the position is supporting an international customer base, particularly clients and partners in Mexico.You will conduct strategic meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions confidently in Spanish.Using customer health and business metrics, you will proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential.The role combines consultative relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration across teams.It is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer outcomes while helping evolve ongoing Customer Success processes.
