Ambulatory Access PAS Coordinator

This role provides operational leadership support to ambulatory access scheduling teams and serves as a senior subject matter expert for referral processing, new patient scheduling, and access workflows. You will help ensure consistent scheduling practices and a reliable experience for patients, providers, and internal teams. The position combines workflow expertise, staff development, quality review, operational coordination, and customer service. You will partner with department leadership and clinic teams to support training, workflow changes, and operational readiness. The role also analyzes performance and operational data, identifies process gaps, and recommends improvements. During high-volume periods or staffing challenges, you may provide direct operational support to help maintain service levels and workflow stability.
