As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents, automations, and workflows that solve real business problems. You'll partner with AI Enablement Strategists embedded within these functions, who identify and prioritize opportunities, while you determine the best technical approach and bring solutions to life. Building is the heart of the role, but it isn't the whole of it. You'll also serve as a technical expert for Glean, our enterprise AI platform, helping troubleshoot complex issues, support fellow builders, and ensure our AI ecosystem continues to scale effectively.
