AI Revenue Engine Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States. This is a senior operator role focused on identifying and solving the highest-impact challenges across the revenue engine.You’ll work across the full revenue journey, from lead generation and conversion through enrollment, fulfillment, and recurring revenue.Using data, process design, AI, and automation, you’ll uncover bottlenecks and turn insights into measurable improvements.The role is highly hands-on, combining strategic problem solving with direct ownership of implementation and execution.You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering on critical growth initiatives.You’ll also help establish a strong revenue operating cadence, trusted analytics, and scalable systems and workflows.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership from problem discovery through results.
