AI Orchestrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Orchestrator based in Brazil. Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery flow across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), connecting upstream demand with technical execution and final delivery.This role sits across the entire value stream rather than within a single delivery stage, coordinating people, AI agents, workflows, and dependencies.You will govern how work is delivered, ensuring the right balance of time, cost, quality, compliance, and business value.The position combines delivery governance, process evolution, AI fluency, workflow optimization, and financial and technical feasibility assessment.You will work closely with AI Engineers, AI Deployment Engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to translate demand into executable solutions.Success will depend on your ability to define meaningful metrics, manage exceptions and approval boundaries, and continuously improve the operating model.You will also help teams adopt a new way of working centered on effectively orchestrating AI agents rather than relying solely on traditional specialization.
