The Opportunity This is not a traditional Sales, SDR, RevOps or AI consulting role. We are looking for an AI-native builder to create, from zero, an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents β from data ingestion and lead enrichment to outreach, qualification, human handoff and learning loops. Your mission is to prove that outbound can become a repeatable, measurable and scalable acquisition channel for SMB merchants. You will combine AI agents, Python, SQL, experimentation, GTM strategy and deep customer understanding to build a system that finds the right merchants, approaches them with relevant context, learns from real conversations and hands off qualified opportunities to humans at the right moment. You will own the problem end-to-end: architecture, data, agent behavior, campaigns, funnel metrics, feedback loops and scale/kill decisions.
