AI Automation Engineer (FitMe)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Automation Engineer (FitMe) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to build intelligent automation systems that streamline creative production, user acquisition, and campaign management for a fast-growing fitness product. You will combine JavaScript/Node.js development, low-code automation, APIs, and LLM technologies to turn manual processes into scalable workflows. Working closely with UA managers, creative producers, and designers, you will solve operational challenges through practical technical solutions. You will also help introduce AI-powered tools that enable non-technical teams to work more independently. The role combines hands-on engineering with experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement. You will have significant ownership across the full lifecycle, from understanding requirements and selecting an approach to deployment and ongoing support.
