AI Adoption Lead

Embedded within a specific business unit, this role combines change management, organizational design, workforce strategy, coaching, and capability building. You will help employees transition from experimenting with AI to confidently integrating AI into everyday work. The role will shape how jobs, skills, workflows, management practices, and team structures evolve as AI adoption scales. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, you will use workforce and adoption data to guide transformation decisions.
