Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager based in Canada. This role focuses on helping customers adopt AI-powered capabilities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.You’ll guide organizations through the transition from manually managing workflows to using AI agents to execute work more autonomously.Working within a Customer Success organization, you’ll partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to identify high-value adoption opportunities.You’ll engage directly with customers through discovery sessions, workshops, webinars, and value realization reviews.A key part of the role is translating sophisticated AI functionality into practical use cases tied to efficiency, ROI, and operational impact.You’ll also help develop repeatable adoption frameworks, playbooks, and enablement resources that can scale across the customer base.This is a remote opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys influencing behavior, removing adoption barriers, and operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
