What is the job? An Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) working for Montu will practise within their advanced clinical competencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), delivering high-quality patient-centred care in relation to Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal use (CBPM).The ANP will provide comprehensive remote clinical assessments, structured consultations, medication reviews, and ongoing monitoring of patients prescribed CBPM. The role includes analysing complex clinical information to assess clinical need, independent prescribing, medicines optimisation, ensuring safe transfer of care, and contributing to systems that support safe and effective prescribing practices. This is a pivotal role focused on improving quality of care, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
