Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project-Based)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project-Based) based in India. This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of key accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.You will manage invoicing, payment application, collections, chargebacks, disputes, and account reconciliations across multiple platforms.The role combines strong financial discipline with investigative problem-solving to identify discrepancies and keep records accurate.You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues and prevent recurring problems.You will also contribute to month-end close, cash forecasting, reporting, audits, and continuous process improvement.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys clean reconciliations, operational ownership, and contributing to a collaborative finance team.
