Accounting Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager based in the United States. This is a high-ownership finance leadership role within a fast-growing HR technology business combining SaaS and marketplace operations. You’ll take ownership of the full monthly close and the financial operations supporting a complex, multi-revenue business model. The role covers revenue recognition, treasury, AP/AR, reporting, payroll coordination, and audit support. You’ll serve as a key finance partner across Operations, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to improve processes across the finance function.
