We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Accounting & Business Support Specialist to manage administrative, accounting, and financial operations for multiple clients. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Administrative • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone to address financial and operational needs. • Maintain organized financial and accounting records, including scanning, filing, and document retention. • Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and business agreements. • Ensure proper record-keeping and maintain secure document backups for each client.
