Accounting Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounting Associate based in India. This is an opportunity for an accounting professional to play an important role in maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations. You’ll support a broad range of activities spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll support, tax compliance, and financial reconciliations. Working closely with Finance leadership and internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure transactions are processed accurately and financial records remain complete and reliable. The role also offers an opportunity to bring a technology-forward mindset to accounting by identifying manual processes that can be streamlined or automated. You’ll use tools such as Tally, Excel, ERP platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. This position is well suited to someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
