ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Josh Andler https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshandler/, and I've been at Jane for about six years. I lead the Finance team, where we make sure Jane has clear, reliable financial information so leaders across the company can make thoughtful decisions that support our mission to help the helpers. Our small but mighty team owns a lot of ground, including some things you might not expect. Any money leaving Jane flows through us, whether that's payroll or paying bills. We also prepare financial statements with one clear goal: giving decision-makers clean data they can actually use, so they understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do next. From there, we combine our numbers with data from People, BI, and Marketing to tell the story of where Jane is headed. This Accounting Associate role starts with payroll. You'll become the person on our team who understands Canadian, US, and UK payroll better than anyone else, and you'll cross-train on accounts payable along the way.
