  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • A genuine interest in fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software, preferably Xero.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Canva, Google Workspace, Slack etc.).

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Bank Reconciliations: You will perform daily bank reconciliations for all entities, and be responsible for collecting all supporting documentation.

  • Accounts Payable: You will record all invoices received from suppliers and create the bi-weekly payment run for approval. You will ensure all invoices received are in line with team lead budgets for client servicing expenditure.
  • Expense Claims & Company cards: You will review company card spend daily, processing attached documents and following up on documents not received from team. You will send a weekly chaser to each cardholder for missing documentation. You will perform the monthly expense claim processing.
  • HR & Team Support: You will support HR-related tasks, organise team birthdays and occasions, plan team events, and ensure timely reminders for timesheets.
  • Effective Organisation and Project Management Skills: You will manage multiple administrative and support tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You will be a collaborative and communicative team player, able to build strong working relationships within the agency and with external partners.
  • Brilliant Time Management: You will need to manage your time effectively to meet various responsibilities and contribute to a fast-paced agency environment.
