Account specialist, High Value at Risk (HVAR)

This role focuses on supporting the resolution of delinquent, high-risk, and non-performing customer accounts while delivering a trusted, customer-first experience.You will combine collections expertise, negotiation, analysis, and relationship management to develop effective payment and loss-mitigation strategies.Working largely independently, you will assess account information, identify recovery opportunities, and recommend solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.The role also involves handling complex escalations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting strategic collections initiatives.You will contribute to process improvements, reporting, coaching, and the development of tools and practices that strengthen the collections lifecycle.Success requires sound judgment, strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate sensitive customer situations with professionalism and empathy.This is an opportunity to make a ...
