Account Manager, Voice and Cloud Collaboration

Our partner is looking for an Account Manager, Voice and Cloud Collaboration based in the United States. As an Account Manager, you’ll help drive growth across voice, unified communications, collaboration, and cloud technology solutions.You’ll support the design, sale, and lifecycle management of leading collaboration platforms and related UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.The role combines strategic account development, sales enablement, partner engagement, and hands-on support for complex opportunities.You’ll work closely with sellers, internal stakeholders, technology partners, and customers to accelerate demand and expand market share.Your expertise will help shape go-to-market strategies, improve sales processes, and deliver strong customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.You’ll engage with stakeholders ranging from frontline sales teams to C-suite executives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.This is a remote opportunity for candidates local to the Northeast, with flexibility around location depending on business and client requirements.
