This is a fully remote account management opportunity focused on growing and retaining revenue across an established portfolio of multi-location property clients.You will own strategic relationships with executive stakeholders while identifying opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.The role combines consultative selling, contract negotiation, account planning, and long-term partnership development.You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes.A key focus will be helping property organizations address localized marketing, visibility, reputation, and customer experience challenges at scale.You’ll operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, and commercial discipline are highly valued.This is an opportunity to directly influence customer retention, account expansion, and revenue growth within a growing B2B technology business.
