Our partner is looking for an Account Manager (Outbound Sales & Client Success) | Web Design Agency based in Mexico. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients of a growing web design and digital marketing business. You will combine outbound prospecting with client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing account support. Your work will help identify qualified opportunities while ensuring existing clients receive a responsive, well-organized experience throughout their projects. You will work directly with the founder and receive hands-on training in a consultative, low-pressure sales approach.
