We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Livorno team. In this role, you’ll help us grow our presence in the Italian market by acting as a strategic consultant for our top restaurant brands, using data-driven insights to unlock their full potential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product departments.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for our network in the region.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.

- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and financial metrics.

- P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

- Commercial Expertise: Significant experience (typically 3+ years) in account management or sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision-making.

- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply quality.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and maintain operational excellence.

- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors; professional fluency in English is
