This role manages an assigned employee benefits book of business while delivering responsive, high-quality service to clients.You will oversee day-to-day account activities, renewals, implementations, and benefits administration while partnering closely with Producers and internal teams.The position also provides team leadership, directing Account Coordinators and helping maintain strong productivity, accuracy, and service standards.You will serve as a trusted advocate for clients, coordinating with carriers and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.The role combines relationship management, operational oversight, business development, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.You will also help identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve processes, and expand business.This is a remote opportunity supporting Eastern and Central time zones, with a strong focus on collaboration, professional growth, and client success.
