Account Manager, Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs

Our partner is looking for a Account Manager, Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs based in United States. This remote role is responsible for managing a large team of embedded security and intelligence professionals supporting corporate clients.You will oversee approximately 40 professionals across multiple client environments, guiding their performance, development, and day-to-day employee experience.The position combines people leadership, client relationship management, physical security expertise, and program coordination.You will partner with recruiting, HR, program leadership, and subject matter experts to maintain strong staffing and operational standards.As a primary client contact, you will help ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and align embedded teams with evolving security requirements.The role also contributes to training, reporting, program planning, and new business initiatives in a fast-moving environment.This position is fully remote within the United States, with travel to East Coast client meetings and operational sites as needed.
