We’re looking for a Team Lead, SMB Account Management to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead and coach a team of Account Managers to drive growth for our small and medium-sized restaurant partners across the EU.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the SMB Account Management team. We focus on empowering our diverse base of restaurant partners to thrive on our platform through strategic coaching and robust relationship management.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Lead and Coach: Directly manage and develop a team of 10–15 Account Managers, providing commercial coaching on contract negotiations and client-facing best practices.

- Drive Performance: Establish performance frameworks and use data analysis to monitor output, adjust targets, and raise quality standards across the team.

- Strategy & Prioritisation: Manage resources and workload distribution to ensure the team consistently hits growth targets while maintaining high morale and engagement.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and senior leadership to recruit top talent and ensure your team has the technical support and training needed to excel.

- Problem Solving: Act as a senior point of escalation for complex partner issues, identifying root causes to improve long-term service delivery.



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

Essential

- Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and developing teams of 10+ people within a fast-paced environment.

- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of Account Management or Sales Management, with the ability to coach others through complex commercial negotiations.

- Operational Rigour: Significant experience in performance management, workload prioritisation, and using data to drive team success.

- Linguistic Ability: Professional fluency in both French and English.

- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and represent team needs in cross-functional business assignments.

Nice to Have

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (specifically High Velocity Sales) is highly advantageous.
