Account Executive, New Client Acquisition

Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, New Client Acquisition based in the United States. This is a full-cycle sales role focused entirely on acquiring new clients and expanding the business through two complementary sales channels.You will convert warm opportunities from marketing, referrals, brokers, and channel partners while building your own outbound pipeline.The role gives you ownership from initial prospecting and discovery through presentations, negotiation, and signed agreements.You’ll engage directly with HR leaders, business owners, and executive decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.Success requires a consultative approach and the ability to speak confidently about HR, payroll, benefits, risk, and compliance.You’ll operate in a metrics-driven environment with clear activity, pipeline, and revenue expectations.This is an opportunity for an experienced HR services seller to make a measurable impact on new-client growth while partnering closely with Marketing, Implementation, and Client Services.
