Our partner is looking for an Account Executive DACH (Swiss German-speaking) / (German + French-speaking) based in Romania. Help ambitious Swiss businesses expand internationally by removing the complexities of cross-border hiring and workforce management. As an Account Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and successful customer onboarding. You will advise founders, HR leaders, and other decision-makers on workforce solutions that enable them to hire talent across borders compliantly. Working in a remote-first, international sales team, you will build a strong pipeline, develop strategic relationships, and turn complex business challenges into commercial opportunities.
