This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving recruitment delivery, team performance, and revenue outcomes across a demanding portfolio of roles.You will lead a team of 4–5 recruiters responsible for high-volume and high-priority hiring requirements across India.The role combines hands-on execution with structured team leadership, giving you ownership of both strategic roles and overall delivery performance.You will operate across direct-client and MSP/VMS environments, balancing speed, quality, SLA compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Success requires strong control of recruitment pipelines, conversion metrics, candidate quality, and operational risks.You will also act as an escalation point for complex mandates and help remove bottlenecks throughout the interview-to-offer-to-closure process.This is an execution-focused opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
