Account Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director based in the United States. The Account Director will lead a high-profile federal marketing and communications account supporting a national Trusted Traveler program.You’ll serve as the primary client contact while guiding multidisciplinary teams across strategy, media, creative, digital, social, and project management.The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account oversight, ensuring integrated campaigns deliver measurable awareness, enrollment, and customer-experience outcomes.You’ll shape communications plans, oversee media programs, manage major deliverables, and coordinate domestic and international industry events.Success requires strong client leadership, strategic thinking, organization, and the ability to navigate complex government environments.The position offers a remote working environment with occasional travel for client engagements and events.This is a contingent position subject to client approval, security requirements, and any applicable on-site obligations.
