We’re looking for an Account Development Representative to support engagement and relationship development across JetBrains’ strategic accounts in the US.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to build understanding of customer organizations, support meaningful outreach, and help maintain strong relationships with developers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers. Your work will contribute to improving account visibility and supporting long-term collaboration with our customers.
This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, account research, and coordination of engagement activities.
Support Account Managers with outreach and engagement across strategic accounts.
Research customer organizations to identify developers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Maintain and update account and contact information in Salesforce and other systems.
Contribute to outreach activities using email, LinkedIn, and other tools.
Help coordinate customer participation in events, briefings, and feedback programs.
Assist with planning and organizing Developer Days, meetings, and account engagement activities.
