The Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate I supports accurate and timely processing of Medicare-related correspondence and payments.You’ll research payment issues, process refunds, and help manage overpayment and appeal-related transactions in accordance with applicable requirements.The role combines accounting administration, data entry, customer service, research, and analytical problem-solving.You’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries and support accurate financial processing.Attention to detail and sound judgment are essential in an environment where workloads can be highly time-sensitive and regulated.The position also provides opportunities to contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.This is a full-time remote opportunity for a dependable professional who enjoys structured work and making accurate, timely decisions.
