POSITION: Sr Accounting Analyst
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time
LOCATION: Fully Remote (will work under AZ time)
SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm
ASSIGNMENT: 09/08/2025 to 09/08/2026 (temp to hire)
PAY RANGE: $30.29 hourly paid weekly.

We’re looking for an innovative, hands-on team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting colleagues. As our Concur Subject Matter Expert, you’ll play a strategic role in enhancing our Expense Reporting System, partnering with employees, management, and vendors to deliver exceptional service and results.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct support to employees using the Concur Expense Reporting System, helping them resolve issues and submit reports successfully
Prepare monthly metrics and spend reports at the divisional level
Identify and resolve system issues, communicate findings to management and employees, and recommend solutions
Collaborate across departments on projects to develop, implement, and improve system processes
Maintain and monitor system procedures, controls, and compliance with T&E policy
Conduct virtual training sessions for new users, creating slide decks and reference guides
Mentor less experienced team members (US & India) on reviewing expense reports for compliance
Participate in M&A onboarding activities for new employees into the Concur system
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements, communicating results to technical teams
Partner with the Concur vendor to ensure optimal service delivery

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2–4 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Concur Expense Reporting (or another enterprise Corporate Card system)
Strong problem-solving skills — able to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
