You’ll work closely with product managers and product marketing managers, translating technical depth into documentation that helps administrators, IT operators, and end users succeed. This is a role for someone who treats documentation as a product.
Your key responsibilities would be:
- Plan, write, review, and maintain technical documentation — user guides, admin references, release notes, API documentation, and how-to content.
- Own content within our documentation architecture, and keeping information findable and consistently structured.
- Partner with product managers to understand features early and document them accurately before and at release.
- Apply AI tooling thoughtfully across the content lifecycle — drafting, editing, summarization, and content quality checks — while maintaining a high editorial standard and factual accuracy.
- Maintain a consistent voice, terminology, and style across a large content base, including support for our German- and English-speaking audiences.
- Gather feedback from support, customers, and analytics to continuously improve content quality and coverage.
