DescriptionStaff4Me is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader/Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As the Team Leader/Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, managing financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is a leadership role that offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities

- Monitoring and maintaining integrity of the GL accounting system and all the other applications.
- Assisting in managing the financial staff results through coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and performance assessment.
- Responsible for creating and updating SOPs.
- Participating in personnel selection processes.
- Responsible for One-on-One and KPIs reporting and assisting supervisors in submitting metrics.
- Team player. Develops relationships with other teams and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and the presentation of assignments on time.
- Logic driven – if something does not make sense, not afraid to ask questions and determine if there is a smarter way to approach a situation.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills.
- Working efficiently under pressure -complex scenarios and unexpected situations-.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- CPA certification is a plus
