To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join the Strategy and Finance team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. 💻 AS A STRATEGIC FINANCE ANALYST YOU WILL:

Join as a key player, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and understanding the P&L impact of strategic choices. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage data and model initiatives that drive long-term business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities who thrives in problem-solving and enjoys working closely with diverse teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, on a daily basis to drive business success.
• Key Role in Business Planning: Contributing to the annual planning and budgeting process, shaping the direction of the entire business.
• Monitoring & Mitigating Risks: Tracking performance against the annual plan, identifying potential risks and opportunities for proactive action.
• Driving Innovation Through Collaboration: Supporting stakeholders in developing and tracking new initiatives, such as business cases, to fuel growth.
• P&L Reporting & Business Insights: Managing weekly and monthly P&L reporting, offering in-depth commentary for impactful business reviews.
• Performance Optimization: Analyzing and influencing performance drivers to enhance both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
• Proactive Data-Driven Leadership: Delivering insightful, high-quality analysis to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Transforming Strategy Into Action: Translating key actions and initiatives into measurable targets and long-term plans for business success.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Digital/Consulting Experience: 2 years of experience in a fast-paced digital scaleup or consulting/banking firm (healthtech/digital health experience is a plus).
• Analytical Expertise: Proven track record of strong analytical skills and numerical confidence, managing complex financial projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic & Problem-Solving Acumen: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, driving impactful solutions.
• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Financial Modelling: Experience in complex financial modelling with advanced Excel/GSheet skills (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Proactive Ownership: Hands-on, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in all aspects of work.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Highly meticulous and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
