This role will report into the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and broader GTM functions. This role blends high-trust business partnership with hands-on execution. You’ll coach leaders through complex people and organizational challenges, drive core talent programs and operating rhythms, and help build scalable People programs that enable the business to move quickly.
