Description

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to amplify the brand’s voice and attract high-net-worth investors to the New Jersey market. The role works closely with Pete Tverdov, the company’s principal, focusing on brand growth through active engagement with a community of investors and prospective clients across multiple platforms. This position offers exposure to a business managing over $100M in real estate assets, the construction industry, and advanced investing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, innovative, and confident.

Community Engagement & Reputation Management 

  • Monitor, respond to, and actively request Google reviews to maintain a 4.8+ star rating and strengthen brand credibility.
  • Develop and maintain a strong five-star presence on Yelp through consistent review management and engagement.
  • Engage daily with comments, DMs, and messages across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn).

Content Creation & Platform Management 

  • Create and schedule purposeful and strategic weekly posts across key platforms to highlight portfolio performance, market insights, and client success stories.
  • Edit Instagram and Facebook posts, as well as YouTube thumbnails, and produce engaging Instagram Stories and Reels (minimum of two per week) designed to convert viewers into leads.
  • Edit construction updates, property tours, and YouTube videos focused on real estate investing.
  • Establish and moderate the r/NJRealEstateInvestors subreddit, curate engaging content, and drive community growth.
  • Design, update, and prepare monthly postcard mailers that support ongoing marketing and outreach efforts.

Strategic Investor Acquisition Campaigns 

  • Run targeted paid ads and organic content campaigns that engage and convert accredited investors, 1031-exchange buyers, and high-net-worth individuals investing in New Jersey.
  • Support the creation and execution of ad campaigns aimed at engaging high-net-worth investors interested in New Jersey real estate opportunities. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Generate a monthly analytics report tracking impressions, engagement, leads, and deal performance.
  • Test and compare different creatives and captions to identify top-performing content.


Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a real estate, finance, or B2C brand.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), CapCut, and Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Ability to craft 60-second Reel scripts that turn everyday real estate visuals into engaging, cash-flow-driven narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and explain performance insights beyond surface-level numbers.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, including cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and 1031 exchanges, or the ability to quickly grasp complex investment concepts.
  • Agile and proactive, able to navigate a lean, fast-moving organization.
  • Operates with an ownership mindset, treating every lead and opportunity as if it directly impacts personal success.
