Accountabilities:

• Lead the exploration, design, and deployment of Large Language Models and Generative AI systems to power next-generation conversational AI.
• Translate the latest research into practical, high-performing ML models that enhance user experiences and product capabilities.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team, fostering innovation and professional growth among peers.
• Drive the full development cycle of ML solutions, from ideation and experimentation to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of deployed ML systems to ensure scalability and reliability.

• 5+ years of software development experience in ML infrastructure, ML tooling, or products leveraging machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with the broader ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, FAISS, Elasticsearch).
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for engineering, innovation, and building a strong, positive team culture.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
