As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystem, you will be at the heart of our client success story, playing a pivotal role in our consulting organization and client engagement model.
The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the client engagement lifecycle, supporting the Sales org in closing ACV business, owning the professional Services Bookings target and delivering what has been sold, independent of who's implementing - client, partner, or Pega consulting. In addition to ensuring new workflows and decisioning applications are deployed successfully, this role is also the eyes and ears for Pega on Client health, ensuring the client stays current, healthy, and issues or obstacles get resolved proactively.

As the ultimate problem-solver on the Client Account team, you'll have the authority and responsibility to ensure exceptional client experiences from pre-sales through delivery. As a core member of the Client Account team, this role is the ultimate owner of client escalations and has the authority to pull in and direct the activities of whatever resources are needed to resolve problems (Global Customer Support, Global Service Assurance, Pega Consulting).
