About the role

The Salesforce AI Architect leads the integration of generative and predictive AI within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role defines strategy and architecture for AI-powered insights, copilots, and automations that enhance productivity and decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI and data solutions leveraging Einstein, Copilot, and external LLMs.
• Design prompt and response pipelines, ensuring compliance and data security.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases with measurable ROI.
• Govern model usage, prompt engineering standards, and ethical AI design.
• Evaluate new AI features, APIs, and integrations for platform readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce architecture experience with exposure to AI, analytics, or automation.
• Familiarity with Einstein Copilot, GPT integrations, and API orchestration.
• Strong grounding in data privacy, model governance, and prompt engineering.
• Salesforce AI Associate or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or Vertex AI integrations.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud and predictive analytics pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps and data governance best practices.
   

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice-to-have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
