We’re seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help our sales and marketing teams perform at their best. This role bridges strategy and execution—developing onboarding programs, sales playbooks, content, and process improvements that directly impact revenue performance.


You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure that every customer-facing team member has the knowledge, tools, and messaging to deliver an exceptional experience and consistently hit their goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Analytics
    • Own CRM data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and reporting (Salesforce or HubSpot).
    • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, CAC, win rates, and velocity metrics.
    • Support territory design, quota setting, and comp tracking.
  • Revenue Enablement
    • Develop and manage onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs.
    • Create playbooks, call libraries, and process documentation.
    • Partner with the VP of Sales to identify gaps in the sales process and enablement content.
    • Lead regular enablement sessions focused on discovery, qualification, and objection handling.
  • Marketing & Funnel Alignment
    • Partner with the Marketing Lead to connect campaign attribution to pipeline creation.
    • Build lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management frameworks.
    • Track performance across inbound and outbound channels to optimize conversion rates.
  • Systems & Tools
    • Administer GTM tech stack (CRM, Outreach/Amplemarket, Apollo, Gong/Fathom, etc.).
    • Evaluate and implement tools that improve rep productivity and funnel visibility.
  • Revenue Insights & Strategy
    • Provide actionable insights to leadership on GTM performance and revenue trends.
    • Support quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or B2B tech company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, and familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, Apollo, or Looker.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards, automate reporting, and translate data into action.
  • Excellent communicator - able to partner cross-functionally and influence leadership.
  • Comfort in a startup environment - proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented.

 

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.
