Beno is the leading luxury concierge business in the UAE, providing premium services to high-end clientele. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Remote Video Editor who specializes in dynamic and cinematic storytelling with a strong understanding of Dubai’s visual style and fast-paced content environment.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality dynamic and cinematic videos for social media, website, ads, and promotional campaigns
- Work remotely with the videographer and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life
- Create smooth pacing, emotional storytelling, aesthetic transitions, and visually engaging compositions
- Perform color correction and sound design when required
- Prepare multiple video formats optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
- Maintain brand identity and premium visual standards across all edits
- Ensure timely delivery and clear communication throughout the editing process
- Stay updated on global video trends and Dubai-relevant aesthetics
- Organize and manage project files, sequences, proxies, and final exports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to craft dynamic cuts and cinematic emotional edits
- Experience in color grading and basic sound design
- Understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform requirements
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience producing luxury, lifestyle, or high-end brand content
- Understanding of Dubai’s premium visual identity and storytelling style
- Skills in motion graphics or simple animations (bonus)
