INTECON is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) National Disaster & Emergency Management University (NDEMU) Independent Study Program (ISP). The Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative, ensuring seamless execution of program objectives. This role will manage contractor performance, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with FEMA standards to support training delivery for millions of students nationwide.
