We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to help define and communicate the go-to-market strategy and create a variety of content. You’ll help develop product positioning, support launches, and create go-to-market assets that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. S/he will be instrumental in articulating our value proposition to diverse audiences and create compelling content that drives adoption for our ambient IoT solutions for supply chains.
Please note this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in our San Diego or San Francisco office.
· Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop positioning, messaging, and product narratives based on customer insight and market context. Collaborate closely with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target market segments, and translate technical details into customer-focused benefits.
· Go-to-Market: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Develop GTM strategies and tactics to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales. Support analyst relations and industry outreach with clear, differentiated narratives.
· Content Creation: Create compelling content, including presentations, product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, website content, blog posts, videos, webinars, and other materials to communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Translate technical features into customer-facing benefits across multiple formats and audiences.
· Sales Enablement: Create and maintain pitch decks, battlecards, product briefs, and case studies.
· Market Intelligence: Spearhead strategic market intelligence by analyzing competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform compelling messaging and uncover product innovation opportunities. Transform competitive insights into actionable recommendations that drive product evolution and maintain market leadership.
· Demand Generation: Support demand generation activities by contributing to the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and customer acquisition initiatives. Collaborate across Marketing to develop targeted messaging and content for digital marketing channels, events, and tradeshows.
· 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the IoT industry or a platform B2B company
· Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company required
· Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging
· Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams across time zones
Preferred Skills
· Background in digital transformation for supply chain; IoT; RFID; enterprise software; or deep tech
· Experience driving and managing the creation of supporting project requirements, scripts, test environments, and content
· Experience delivering or supporting the delivery of technical product demos
· Intermediate visual design skills for creating compelling content (e.g., Infographics)
· Familiarity with supply chain and logistics
· Proficiency using AI
· Exposure to analyst relations or category creation initiatives
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD annually.
