Partnerships Lead for Exciting Blockchain Project - Mainnet is LIVE
Launch LegendsPartnerships Lead Part-time Equity Cofounder | Remote | Live Autheo Mainnet | THEO in public markets
Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain
We're offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder.
ABOUT AUTHEO
Autheo is a Layer-0 Internet Operating System with an integrated EVM-compatible, IBC-connected Layer-1, built to coordinate and unify Web2, Web3, AI agents, applications, infrastructure, and decentralized networks as one interoperable system. Incubated by Launch Legends and stewarded with the Autheo Foundation, Autheo is designed to make the underlying complexity of chains, networks, and infrastructure increasingly invisible to users and developers.
THEO is Autheo's native utility token, not a governance token. Autheo is not a DAO.
Public position as of September 2026:
• Mainnet live and CertiK-audited; testnet and validator infrastructure also reviewed by Halborn • Public network history of 2.2M+ wallets, 1.2M+ smart contracts, and 10M+ transactions • 100+ equity cofounders and contributors across 25+ countries • Fixed 399-validator architecture across Core, Prime, and Sovereign nodes; majority of Sovereign slots subscribed • THEO live on Hydrex on Base, supported by market maker Enflux, and Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain • Live today: staking, transaction fees, and DevHub • Rolling out on mainnet: Autheo ID, Marketplace compute and storage, THEO AI, and post-quantum security

ROLE: Partnerships Lead
The Partnerships Lead is responsible for building and scaling the relationships that extend Autheo's reach and credibility. You will identify, negotiate, and close integrations with other blockchain ecosystems, enterprise technology partners, academic institutions, and aligned Web3 organizations. These partnerships should deliver tangible value to Autheo, the Autheo Foundation, and the community.
Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026 (Chain ID 2127). Staking and transaction fees settle on-chain today. THEO is trading on Hydrex (Base) and Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain). DevHub is open. Compute, storage, Autheo ID, and THEO AI are rolling onto the live network.
This is an externally facing, relationship-driven equity cofounder role. The work is turning a live stack into signed, operational relationships: protocol integrations, exchange and liquidity venues, infrastructure and node partners, GSIs and enterprises that will put real workloads on Autheo, marketplace suppliers, custody and treasury counterparts, and academic or research collaborators.
You will work with the Managing Directors, Protocol / Technical leadership, Developer Relations, Comms, and Foundation leadership from first conversation through signed MOU or technical integration agreement.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and run a living partnership pipeline across five lanes: protocol / L1-L2 ecosystems; exchanges, market makers, and liquidity venues; infrastructure, node, custody, and security providers; GSIs and Web2 enterprises; DevHub ISVs, marketplace suppliers, and academic / research groups • Source, qualify, negotiate, and close MOUs, integration agreements, listing or liquidity arrangements, co-marketing terms, and technical collaboration scopes - from first conversation through countersigned paper • Treat THEO as a live utility asset in partnership design: listing expansion, market-maker and OTC relationships, validator / node distribution partners, and counterparties who will spend or earn THEO on Mainnet services • Coordinate with Protocol / Engineering before any integration is promised. No announcement without a feasible technical path and an owner on both sides • Work with DevRel, Product, Marketing, and Foundation comms on joint launches: co-authored technical posts, shared developer events, and announcements that point to a live integration - not a future roadmap slide • Maintain CRM hygiene: stage, owner, next action, deliverables, renewal / expansion date, and a one-line statement of value to Autheo and to the partner • Represent Autheo at conferences, partner summits, and closed-door meetings. You are expected to explain Mainnet, THEO utility, validator design, and the marketplace rollout without a deck in front of you • Report pipeline, signed agreements, integration status, and ecosystem impact to the Managing Directors and Foundation leadership on a monthly cadence (quarterly board pack)
First 90-Day Focus Areas
• A ranked target list of 40-60 accounts across the five lanes, with a reason each one matters post-Mainnet / post-THEO • Active conversations in every lane; at least a handful of term sheets or MOUs in motion • One or more live integrations or commercial partnerships advanced from intro to public or private close • A simple operating cadence with Engineering and Comms so partnerships do not stall in "announced but not shipped"
Requirements - Must Have
• Partnerships, BD, or ecosystem role at a live L1/L2, Web3 foundation, exchange, infrastructure provider, or comparable tech company - not only at a pre-product startup • Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing agreements that shipped (integrations, listings, enterprise pilots, co-sell motions), not just LOIs • Technical fluency: you can sit with an engineering lead, evaluate an integration proposal, and know when to pull Protocol in • Comfort structuring deals that involve tokens, nodes, liquidity, or usage commitments without treating THEO as a marketing giveaway • Experience drafting and marking up MOUs, integration term sheets, and partnership agreements with counsel • Existing network in Web3 and/or enterprise technology, and the discipline to work that network without burning it • Clear written English. Remote, async-first. Able to operate across time zones with a 100+ person distributed cofounder network
Nice to Have
• Relationships at exchanges, market makers, custody platforms, GSIs, or Cosmos / IBC / EVM ecosystems • Experience standing up ecosystem funds, joint grants, co-investment, or builder incentive programs • Background in DeFi, decentralized identity, DePIN, or AI x blockchain application verticals • Prior work at an open-source foundation or commercial protocol team after TGE - i.e., you have operated when the token is already live
Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity.
• Equity in Launch Legends and Autheo • THEO token allocation. THEO is already trading; this is an allocation in a live utility token, not a promise against a future TGE • Allocation in the WFO Creator Network where applicable • Path to salaried compensation as additional financing lands. An initial financing round already supported infrastructure and go-to-market; further VC and crypto investor conversations are active • Remote-first. Direct line to executive and Foundation leadership. Authority to close
How to Apply
Apply through this listing. In addition to a resume or LinkedIn, include:
• 5-8 partnerships you personally moved from intro to signed paper (what closed, what shipped) • Your strongest existing relationships that are relevant to a live L1 + live token (exchanges, infra, GSIs, protocols) • One paragraph on the first three partnership motions you would run for Autheo in the next 90 days, given Mainnet and THEO are already live
Let's build the future—together.
