We’re hiring a Media Buyer to join a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the health & wellness space.
This is a company that actually gives a shit about what they sell, moves fast, tests constantly, and isn’t afraid to break what’s not working.
You’ll be owning paid acquisition across Meta (and beyond), working closely with a sharp team that values data, creativity, and real results — not vanity metrics. If you like scaling brands, testing aggressively, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
→ Own Paid Media: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta & Amazon, from structure to scaling.
→ Test Relentlessly: Launch, analyze, and iterate on creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance.
→ Scale What Works: Identify winning campaigns and push them profitably without blowing CAC.
→ Read the Data: Track performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates — and actually act on them.
→ Collaborate Closely: Work with creative and marketing teams to brief ads that convert (not just look pretty).
What We’re Looking For:
→ Hands-On Experience: Proven track record managing Meta and Amazon ads for DTC or E-commerce brands.
→ Performance Mindset: You care about numbers, profitability, and outcomes — not just spend.
→ Creative + Analytical: You can read dashboards and give solid feedback on ad creatives.
→ Tool Savvy: Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
