We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team within the greater Revenue Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be the primary Marketing Operations partner for our Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams, ensuring campaigns launch quickly, run smoothly, and are tracked accurately. You’ll focus on campaign infrastructure, audience segmentation, and day-to-day operational support so the DG team can focus on driving pipeline.
You’ll work hands-on in our marketing automation platform (Inflection.io), Salesforce, and related GTM tools, building repeatable processes that enable high-velocity campaign execution in a fast-paced, product-led growth (PLG) environment.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and can be located remote (US-based) or hybrid out of our San Francisco HQ.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location, and the total package includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
